Step-1 : The applicant shall open https://ayushmanup.in/. After scrolling down under Quick Link tab click on ‘# Register Yourself on SETU’.

Step-2 : The link will be landing the user on NHA’aSetu portal ie. https://setu.pmjay.gov.in/setu/

Step-3: Applicant will register himself by filling all the mandatory tabs and then clicking on Submit button.

Step - 4: Upon successful Registration, Applicant will now do their KYC and wait for the Approval. Once card is ready/approved by competent authority, Beneficiary can download the card.
